Cancellation Policy

. Appointment Scheduling Booking Method: Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, by phone, or via email. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slot. Booking Confirmation: Once we receive your appointment request, we will send you a confirmation email or message with the details of your booking. If your requested date and time are unavailable, we will contact you to provide alternative options. Minimum Notice: To ensure availability, please book your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. 2. Payment No Deposit Required: We do not require any deposits to secure your appointment. Payment is due upon completion of the service. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options. We kindly ask that you pay the full balance at the time of service. Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding balance must be settled before your vehicle is released. Late payments may result in additional fees. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment by notifying us with 48 hours' notice. We will work with you to find an alternative date. Rescheduling within less than 48 hours may incur a rebooking fee. No Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee and may impact your ability to book future services with us. 4. Late Arrivals Late Arrival Policy: If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. A late fee may apply. Appointment Duration: Our detailing services can take several hours to complete. If your arrival time is delayed, it could impact the completion of your service. 5. Vehicle Preparation Personal Items: Please ensure your vehicle is free of personal belongings, valuables, and pets before your appointment. F1SHINE DETAILING is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle. Access to Vehicle: We require full access to both the exterior and interior of your vehicle, including the trunk and glove compartment, for the full detailing process.
